The Lucid Breath Activation uses a precise sequence of rhythmic breathing —from fast to slow, deep to subtle — to guide the body into a central nervous system reset, where habitual stress responses and deeply held patterns loosen and release.
Lucid Breathing is built on a three-part framework: state management, optimal oxygen assimilation, and the removal of negative past impressions.

A Breath Activation is a guided central nervous-system reset that works below the level of thinking.
Using a precise sequence of rhythmic breathing patterns — moving from fast to slow, deep to subtle — the body enters a state where habitual stress responses and deeply held patterns can loosen and release.

Each session stands powerfully on its own and addresses a different domain of human experience.

Together, the series forms a progressive arc — clearing what no longer serves and restoring a more natural, authentic way of being.

Each 90-minute session includes:

Intention setting and integration on either side of the activation

Subconscious change work to support lasting shifts in mindset and behavior

A 7-minute MP3 recording for daily practice

A branded PDF lesson summary with key insights and a simple daily checklist to track your progress

Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM Central
Optional follow-up Saturdays at 12:00 PM Central

Confidence isn’t something you perform.
Confidence is comfort.
And comfort is what naturally occurs when the body is in a resourceful state.
This guided breath experience helps reset the central nervous system and install resourceful states that replace overthinking and self-doubt with grounded presence and absolute certainty.

Neuroscience and respiratory physiology are now confirming what ancient breath practices understood centuries ago: how we breathe directly shapes how we think, feel, and respond.
Changing the rhythm, speed, and volume of your breathing toggles the nervous system from stress into regeneration.

“Breathing techniques can lower stress symptoms and help you enjoy a better quality of life.”

Lucid Breath Framework

People report a wide range of outcomes — from emotional release and insight, to profound calm, to shifts in long-standing habits and patterns.
Every experience is different, and each session meets you where you are.
Sessions:
– Last about an hour
– Include time on either side to prepare and integrate
– Are guided by a certified instructor
– Are informed by functional breathing science and subconscious change work
With repeated sessions, the effects tend to compound. Many people notice a higher baseline mood, fewer reactive moments, and greater control over patterns that once ran on autopilot.
“One transformational breathwork session can be equivalent to years of talk therapy.”
— Dr. Henry Smith Röhrberg

Using a precise sequence of rhythmic breathing patterns — moving from fast to slow, deep to subtle — the body enters a state where habitual stress responses and deeply held patterns can loosen and release.
In this state, the analytical mind surrenders. Change that normally takes years of effort can occur directly and experientially.

But might you be ready to feel better now?
Not by improving yourself.
Or depriving yourself.
Or downloading more content.
Lucid Breathing is addition by subtraction.
When accumulated stress dislodges from the system, your authentic true nature is more fully revealed.
This is a chance to expand your capacity to be present for the ones you love and you’ve worked so hard to build.
Deliberate breathing is sacred territory for me — a quiet ritual that has shaped both my professional life and my inner journey since 2006.
At the time, I was a struggling executive, newly promoted to Senior Vice President and in over my head. Leading a large team came with real pressure — and my mind and emotions stopped cooperating. I couldn’t focus. I would erupt in hostility. I was spinning in a hamster wheel of dread and worry.
Breathwork changed that entire story in a single weekend.
Turns out, there was nothing “wrong” with me. The sanskara had built up.
When accumulated stress begins to release through the breath, something natural re-emerges — peace, clarity, authentic presence.
I learned that change can indeed come in an instant.
Over the last twenty years I’ve studied pranayama through the Art of Living, trained extensively in functional breath science, and became a board-certified hypnotist.
Who would have thought? The most potent tool for transformation on the planet is right under our nose — free for the taking.
Everything I teach now is the synthesis of that journey — ancient practice, modern neuroscience, and real-world application.
Today my focus is simple: help people feel better, now. Discreet. Rapid. Reliable. And unquestionably effective.

The Lucid Breathing Integration MP3 is a seven-minute guided breathing sequence recorded live at the beginning of your activation.
It becomes your daily tool for reinforcing the changes initiated during the session and building effective breathing habits over time.
You can use it throughout the day — in the car, walking, or before a meeting — to regulate your state, improve oxygen efficiency, and interrupt unwanted patterns in real time.
With repetition, the effects compound. Many people notice greater calm, fewer reactive moments, and more control over patterns that once ran on autopilot.

I want to tell you a quick story, so that unfortunate phenomenon never happens to you.
Let’s harken back to the days of baggy suits and flip phones. A Senior Vice President promotion had been my sole obsession for half a decade.
When it arrived, I tripled my income overnight, and went from having six employees to 125.
The eyes of the world were on me. All I had to do now was execute.
But I was not my old self. Something was seriously….off.
It was as if my mind had contracted a virus.
As I adapted to my new role, I found myself buried beneath a mountain of emails, and missed calls.
I’d read a page of text and come back blank. Meet someone new and instantly forget his name.
Maybe you can you relate?
Unable to sustain focus and make sound decisions
Fragmented, forgetful, depleted, and restless
Filled with a constant sense of dread
Then, by the glorious grace of the Good Man Upstairs I received a random phone call from my dear old friend Arun Patel.
With his gentle urging, I enrolled in a weekend course centered around the ancient Yogic science of breathing.
That weekend, three gold-key-understandings opened a doorway that altered the trajectory of my entire life.
Understanding
Yup. Lil Ole Me. Like a wounded animal tethered to a lap-top computer:
Jacked up on cortisol and adrenaline cocktail
Heart banging like a tennis shoe in a clothes dryer
Breathing rapid, ragged, high and shallow
Cognitive reasoning and IQ cut virtually in half
Turns out, our meat suits are designed to be in a stress response for about three minutes a day. I was camped out there like a weekend Netflix binge.

The narrative unveils the Lucid Breathing protocol through the eyes of the individuals who helped develop it. Their extraordinary transformations will open your eyes and touch your heart.

“Lucid Breathing is my go-to. I use it daily during my commute in rush hour traffic on the PCH. I used to get constantly irritated and angry.”

Hollywood, CA

“I used the 4-8-8 today while performing a dental extraction. No one was the wiser. I also use the expanded awareness technique when I entre my office every morning. It has been enormously helpful.”

Dallas, TX

“Honestly, I haven’t gotten around to reading your book just yet. But the title alone has been a game changer for me. Exhaling twice as long in the gondola has improved my performance on black diamond runs.”

The tree’s exhalation of oxygen allows for our inhalation. Our exhalation of carbon dioxide allows the tree to inhale. You buy a book and deposit a little jingle-jangle into my front pocket. I help you to remember some things you may have forgotten.

No one comes into our life by accident. My silent prayer is that in the days ahead, something in these pages will speak to you so directly, so purely, that for a moment, you’ll think I composed it just for you.
Because I did.
Until then.
Any time you’re stressed, restless, or worried; any time you need to reset, recharge, or call a time out, all you have to do is exhale twice as long.
